Calculus Seed User Campaign: DBTI Battle Royale
Overview
The DBTI Battle Royale is a community-driven, data-informed competition designed to introduce users to Calculus' LP strategy engine while gamifying liquidity provision. Users take a brief test to discover their DBTI personality type and are assigned to one of 16 teams. Each team competes across four weeks in a structured tournament for leaderboard dominance and protocol rewards.

How to Participate
Take the DBTI Test Complete a one-time test to determine your on-chain liquidity personality. You will automatically be assigned to the corresponding personality team.
Provide Liquidity Using Calculus Engage with the protocol by opening LP positions. You retain custody of your assets while earning points based on your activity.
Climb the Leaderboards Your actions—including LP volume, holding time, referral impact, and strategy usage—contribute to both your personal score and your team's score.
Compete in a Multi-Week Elimination Tournament Join your team in advancing through weekly rounds by outperforming others based on average team points.
Tournament Structure
The campaign is structured as a four-week, bracket-based tournament with team eliminations determined by weekly average scores.
Round 1: Battle Royale All personality teams (up to 16) compete simultaneously. The top 8 teams by average score advance. If fewer than 16 types are present, the top 8 scorers across all participants will be selected to represent advancing teams.
Round 2: Quarterfinals Eight teams are paired into four matchups. Team combinations are curated by the Calculus team, optionally incorporating community input. The four teams with higher weekly average scores win and advance.
Round 3: Semifinals Four teams compete in two matchups using the same rule. The top two teams move on to the final.
Round 4: Final and Third-Place Match The final two teams compete for the DBTI Championship. A separate match determines third place.
Advancement Rule Each matchup is decided by comparing the weekly average score of each team (total weekly points divided by unique active members). If two teams tie, both advance and the next round includes a three-team contest. Scoring System
Each user earns daily points, which contribute to both personal rankings and team scores.
Key Scoring Components
Base Volume Score: Earned from opening LP positions and maintaining them for at least one hour. Points scale with capital size.
Fee Earned Score: Based on fee revenue generated by a user’s positions.
Referral Points:
Referrers earn 2 points when their invitees open a qualifying position.
Invitees earn 1 point.
Maximum referral bonus is capped at 10 points.
Lucky DBTI: One personality type is randomly selected daily to receive bonus multipliers.
Lucky Strike (Critical Hour Bonus): An undisclosed time window each day where holding an active position results in bonus points.
AI Strategy Usage: Positions opened using Calculus AI earn an additional multiplier.
Long-Term Holding: Bonus multiplier based on the number of continuous days an LP position is held.
Team Scoring Logic
Daily Team Score: Sum of all individual points from team members.
Weekly Team Score: Aggregation of daily scores for a given week.
Weekly Average: Total team score divided by the number of unique active participants that week. Used to determine match results and advancement.
Rewards
Team Rewards
Champion Team: The final winner of the bracket receives the highest tier of team-based rewards.
MVP Team: The team with the highest cumulative Fee Earned across all weeks, regardless of tournament outcome.
Individual Rewards
Top-performing individuals will be recognized across several dimensions:

KOL Program and Referral Uplift
KOLs receive custom invite codes linked to performance-based revenue sharing.
KOL leaderboard rankings are calculated as:
KOL Score = Personal Score + 20% of total points earned by referred users
Participation Rules
Personality Binding
Each wallet address may complete the DBTI test only once. The result is final.
Open Participation
No whitelist required. All testnet users are welcome.
Referral Independence
Users may join without a code, but will not receive referral points.
